Recover Windows 7 password with administrator may be the most convenient way. But if you don’t have it, you still can recover Windows 7 password with other methods. For example, password reset disk or password reset disk created by Windows password recovery tool.

1. Recover Windows 7 password with password reset disk

The password reset disk is created by you when you can access your computer. On the Windows logon screen, type incorrect password. Press Enter, you will see there is a link about “Reset Password”.
Just click it to follow password reset disk wizard to recover Windows 7

2. Recover Windows 7 password with Windows Password Genius

Windows Password Genius is used to create a password reset disk when your computer is locked. Install and run it to burn a reset disk. And then boot locked computer from it to recover Windows 7 password.

3. Recover Windows 7 Password with Windows Password Key

4. Recover Windows 7 Password with SmartKey Windows Password Recovery

Fist of all sorry to say; you got weak memory. You couldn't even remember things happen just 1 day before. Very strange. Anyhow I have seen a person having bootable CD with a software Windows Live. He just inserted and computer just by pass login screen another screen with full desktop view came where he changed password from some menu. Then after he restart the system and give new password System logged in successfully.

    Here is a link

If you have a password reset disk, you can use it to reset Windows 7 password from the login screen. Or use the PCUnlocker Live CD to either bypass (not reset or delete the password) or reset your forgotten password.

    copy c:\windows\system32\sethc.exe c:\

Recover Windows 7 password with administrator may be the most convenient way.

I have no idea if the "Answer" recommendation for the password recovery product is any good or not. I did, however, check out the linked product web site and saw four (apparent) award images. I didn't recognize any of the "awards", so I checked them out with quick Google searches.

The first three "awards" didn't appear easily in initial searches. I didn't actually see any indications in the first couple pages of results for those three that there were such "awards". But that is not an indication that they don't exist, but only that they don't show near the top of my search results.

The fourth, "Brothersoft", was a little different. The second listed result was at Norton Safe Web and it convinced me never to visit the 'Brothersoft' web site. Now, whether that says anything about any "award" that Brothersoft might have given, I don't know. I didn't see anything about their possible "awards". I'm not sure what it would mean to get such an "award".

I wish more people read this. This seems to be an all too common problem. Make a recovery disk and put it away just in case. As a rule of thumb we tell users when changing passwords don't do it on Friday. They forget it by Monday about 80% of the time.
