From a few days, I am not able to access my SQL log files. Is there any corruption in these? I am not able to figure out. Please suggest some measures.

You can try manually by running DBCC CHECKDB on the corrupt database.

    DBCC CHECKDB [Name_of_corrupt_database]

Now, observe the index id. If the index id is greater than one then drop and recreate it. else re-run DBCC CHECKDB with suitable repair options like repair_fast, repair_rebuild, repair_allow_data_loss. Keep in mind be careful, while using repair_allow_data_loss option.
