Hopefully I can explain this right. I need to 'recolor' a PDF file to just one single color. I don't want monochrome. Just one overall color so I can print it just using the color ink. Thank you.

It can be possible. Latest version of Adobe Acrobat is necessary. Open the PDF file that you wanted to do. Now click Tools menu > Content > Edit Document Text. (If you use another PDF reader that may vary). Now highlight the text that you want to change color & right click over the highlighted text. Click Properties from the menu that appears. Select Text tab & click Fill to select the font color you want to use. When it is clicked on a selected color, click Close within the dialog box.

I believe you will need the full version of Adobe Acrobat, not just the reader version. Either that or you can copy and paste the text into your favorite text editor and change the text color there.

This can be done with other PDF software like Nitro PDF. If you have budget constraint, you can try other PDF tool(s) other than Adobe products.
