Without much more information and context, there is no way for us to know.

    Sorry.

Manage QFLOW kiosks at a hospital; patient approaches kiosk and presses menu button on screen to obtain a call ticket; issue - created another menu in admin console so that when patient presses menu button on first screen, it supposed to go to another (new) created menu after pressing button, instead, receive white screen with this error message. Thank you.

Sounds like a custom designed application. You may need to contact the network admin to resolve the issue. It could be hardware, network or even a data issue that is triggering the error code.  Either that or contact QFLOW for support.

    Oh, I see.

That is a very specific application unfortunately, and the meaning of the message is specific to it as well.

Maybe the way in which the new menu was created and linked to the previous step is missing something, in which case the documentation might help.

Otherwise, I can only think of contacting the company's support center.
