The file extension .JPG is fine. The file name looks like it was auto generated from either another device or software application. If in doubt, scan the file for viruses before trying to display or open it.

    Essentially all PCs, Macs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc., from the recent couple decades can handle .JPG files.

    Actually what name you written here, it is OK and also format supports on iPhone. When you tap on the photo on your iPhone, it opens immediately through its default app. But if the file is corrupted, then this is another issue. However you can download free app form App Store and try to open the file by using this app.
