I face a peculiar problem with one of the user. The is User is unable get the Attachment dialog box, when he clicks on the Attach Button/File-Attach, when he wants to make any attachments. This problem arises after about 1 hour later of starting of Lotus Notes. So if he needs to make any attachment in the new memo, he has to restart the Lotus Notes and then make attachments.
I Had configured his ID on a different PC. There it gives no such problems. But at the same time, I had tried configuring a different person's ID on the problematic machine, there is no as such problem. but the problem is only on his login ID only.
Kindly do suggest how do i go about in solving this problem. Is this problem @ the client side or has something to be done @ server.

Client Spec:
OS: Windows 95
