    RAID 3 has a different properties and RAID 4 and 5 have similar properties with minor difference in operation.

    RAID 3 provides high throughput (both read and write)
    RAID 4 and 5 arrays perform poorly on writes because of the additional disk operations required to update the parity information

    RAID 5 is more secured and it is almost similar apart from the data that are transferred to the disk with independent read/write operations
