Quicken Backup

Backup
My husband uses Quicken and he backs up every time he uses the program. However he wanted to restore to his last backup. When I looked all the backup files have the same name and then the current date of backup. The show 2016-8-25. I think it may be because he's not renaming each time he backs up. If that's the case it's easy because the date of last backup is there. My only concern is he's not backing up current files.

Generally, any backup can be taken with the same date or current date that the day when it backs up and backup name will be given with its current date. So, there is no confusion about the latest backup. In almost good backup systems maintain this rule for easy understanding for users. There must be a mechanism that can help to identify the latest backup. Please link here for more information: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-backup-or-restore-your-quicken-data
