I have only one question to your publication: a company, when has a disaster, has a disaster in the company. In such situation, who, in your opinion, would work with such service?
DRaaS has a wrong name - it can address only Technology disaster , not a disaster of the company. And there is a solution for Technology disaster unrelated to Cloud - it is outsourcing.
I'd highly recommend before talking about technical solutions we have better understand business meaning of the problem and find out whether technology is the right solution for this problem.
