I am working as an agent in contact center and will soon apply for quality Analyst in my company.

- What good you will bring to company?
- How you will interact with a team leader if they point finger on your quality checking?
- What will u do if no supervisor on floor and u left only senior available and u have your work to do as well?
- What changes would you like to do if you become quality analyst?
