Stupid administrator tricks: I was deleting old profiles and I thought, while I'm at it I'll clean up some of the other profiles by dropping them back from *SECOFR to *SECADM and assigning authorities by user class. Well, you know that feeling as you slam the car door realizing the keys are in the ignition and the engine is running? Yep.
QSECOFR was disabled and I've re-enabled it via DST but the problem is I still can't sign in with this profile because the initial menu is set to *signoff.
I think my only option is to restore user profiles from last week's SAVSYS or SAVSECDTA but not sure of the exact steps. Do I need to do a D-IPL? or restore from the DST menu? ? ?
Any and all help appreciated.
