Proxy Server is not available

We have a laptop with two users. One user has no problem getting on the internet. The other user keeps getting the message that the proxy server is not available. This just happened and not sure how to fix.

Go into the network connection settings for the user having the problem, and look for a check mark in a proxy check box. The difference should be in these settings.
