Get files on NTFS file system to USB flash drive on FAT system

If my system only plays FAT (16/32) and my files are in the NTFS file system, can I do anything to get the files on my USB Flash Drive to play on the FAT file system. Thank you, -Greg

    It is not so cleared here. You asked to copy files/folders from ntfs file system (assuming windows) to a flash drive (in general, which is fat file system), but the tag indicated avs audio converter. If understood correctly, first of all, yes you can copy files/folders from windows to a flash drive rather say ntfs. Now if you convert any multimedia file to an audio format like .wav to .mp3 or whatever it is and if you want to play the file from flash drive directly, yes it can play.
