Hi,
This is Raja [age 34]. I'm working as a project analyst in iOS/Android/PHP development company past 3.7 years. It is a small concern and I feel I have the lack of knowledge in this analyst field. I am a non technical person accidentally entered into IT field in my age of 30. I want to become an expert in this field and get into global corporate company. So I request your valuable advice for my better future.

You did not mention your qualification (both academic / professional). Now you have gather experience in IT field, whatever your qualification. Now you want to learn something that can help to make you an expert. There are several divisions in IT. Like networking / software development / embedded technology / vlsi design & so on. It is better to consult with a good consultant/ educational institute for your better prospect.

As you have a science background, you can learn IT easily. As you working in a development environment, you can go for software development if you like. Or if you do not like to coding, you can try for system / networking field. You can navigate Cisco official web site/ Microsoft for more information.

There are many areas in IT that offer good employment. Security will always be a major option as it grows and changes daily. You do not mention your training. Do you have any certifications or degree related to the IT field currently

First off there are many areas of IT you can move into like security, networking, development or analysis to name a few. Once you decide which direction you want to take your career, take a look at job websites for you area and see what they require for skills and certifications and/or education. Why waste your time learning things that are not need for the job you want.
