I am having problems with scheduling repeating meetings in the R6 calendar.....(specifically scheduling Conference Rooms).
For example, a user scheduled a repeating meeting, and chose a conference room. The system initially allowed/approved the conference room, but now the room is not showing as "accepted" in today's meeting, nor is it accepted for future meetings.
As a work around, I scheduled meeting rooms for that same hour, for the next 10 weeks, but this does not provide the original attendees with the room information in the original invites (does that make sense?)
Is there a way to schedule repeating meetings, with different conference rooms for different dates (if the CR is not available for every instance?)
