Found this on another site. It may be to differences in Ops nav and your OS level.

"I am on V6R1 iNavigator and had this issue with a 5.4 box. I had SSL set. Once I removed the SSL setting, I was able to get into the IFS. I right click the system, properties then chose Secure sockets and unchecked the Use secure SSL for connection."

Let us know if this resolves your issue.

this option was already unchecked. the strange thing is We had V5R1  and we were using Client Access version 5.7 it was working fine. Then We had to connect to V6R1 I also upgrade Client Access to version 5.9. Then I made two connection one for V5R1 and second for V6R1. Now V6R1 is working fine in Navigator and everything is OK but for V5R1 I am unable to access IFS. Another colleague who is still using Client Access version 5.7 is using both like charm.

Seems like you got the versioning of Client Access wrong. There is no version 5.7 or  5.9. That are versions of the Communication Program. You need to check the Client Access Properties to get the version. It will be the same as an iOS version. Make sure that you always have the latest service pack that is for the Client Access version applied. If the Service PAck Level is 0 you will run into problems whatever Client Access level you run.

Double check the service packs and PTFs to make sure you are current. It's been a while since we went to 6.1 (now on 7.1). There were some significant changes but I can't remember what. Make sure you are current and report back with an update.

Thanks Pdraebel and ToddN2000, I actually just involve in programming and not have experience in configuration and admin side of things. You were right those were Personal Communication i series Access for Windows versions. I afraid to install or change things if there is something wrong then where I will hide myself :-)

You mentioned another person can access both. If they are close to you have them try accessing both boxes from your PC using their credentials. If they can access both its not your software but the security rights on the box you cannot access under your credentials.
I can only access the IFS on our local machine but can connect to all 4 on our network.

I think its not security rights issue, I also tried using QSECOFR but no luck.

If it's not security, the I'd suggest if you can try to sign in using their PC and if it works then you know it's with your PC.

If that is the case you may want to remove and reinstall the software.

Yes I also think so. Let me try out and reinstall it (if required) then I will get back to you.
