Somehow my .JPF files that I uploaded to a photography printer got changed to .PRJ files after I moved them to my WD easy store external storage. I have no clue how to open these files now. It changed all of my files.

Software/Hardware used:

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

According ti FILEINFO the JPF files are jpeg 200 image files and can be opened with a number of programs. The PRJ extension is usually denoting a project. With what process did you transfer these files? It may be that it grouped all of them in one project folder.

What happened that can not be guessed due to lack of information. All of a sudden why did it change that you did not reveal. You can convert the file to .jpg format Or try to open it on AutoCAD.
