Is the client connected directly to the printer or is it a network printer? You’ll have to install the drivers on the client computer to recognize that it can utilize the printer. You should be able to find them on the HP website for a HP75** series.
If you are using it as a network printer connected through a server you should be able to map it to \\servername\printername
