I made some presentation files for promoting our new business. I showed them to my boss. She was quite happy with my work and asked me to send them to our clients. Next day I sent them to all our clients. In the evening time boss got some mails from those clients that the files are not opening. So she asked me to make them again.

As you mentioned presentations files, assuming they are powerpoint make files. What version have you used for making them. Is all files have .pptx extension. And the persons who opened these files ask them which version they used. Compatibility related problems could be there.

If they don't have Power Point, they would not be able to open them either. What is happening when the clients attempt to open the files? If they were emailed, there may be a network firewall stripping the files....any number of iproblems could be causing their issues, but you will need to know exactly what happens when they try, to ever troubleshoot this. Power Point may also be saved as PDF files - which will not allow special effects, but will still allow the slides to display.

Unless they have PowerPoint they will not be able to open them. It's best to convert them to a PDF. There is a free viewer for those document types.
