The software on the servers allows you to reboot automatically. You also have the option of running command lines to do so. You could write batch files and use them as scripts for schedules tasks as well.

This is simply turning off the server power and turning it back on. However, some server operating systems require orderly shutdown and power should not be shut off without going through the proper shutdown steps for the operating system.
