Hi, my question is why when I go online to fill out a job application not only does my cellphone number automatically pop up as a contact number but a guy I know cellphone number automatically pops up also up under mine as a contact number for jobs to call. Have I been hacked?

It sounds like it may be part of your browsers auto fill feature. If you go to a lot of sites and are asked for the same things you may see this. Your browser stores these fields like name, address and phone for example. The next time yo go to a site looking for the same information it will auto fill any value you may have used in the past for a similar field. That is probably why you are seeing multiple phone numbers…. I would say you are safe and have not been hacked.

it.

What does that have to do with a "phone hacker"? They seem unrelated.

A bit confusing about your question. What did it mean, 'online to fill out a job application' ? Did you want to fill up your candidature in a job portal? For security purpose, you can check if that website started with <a href="https://www.https://www.<whateverthename> However, more information is required.

Hacking is often a convenient go-to but it's often not the case. as Michael said, it definitely seems like a case of your web browser's auto fill feature. One thing you can try is a private mode browsing session by pressing control–shift–P which should prevent your auto fill information from showing up.
