We are running 6.5.3 When I go into my address book under the heading Business if I have an address in there it shows underneath. I have a user who has addresses but they do not show underneath on that screen. If you open the contact you see the address. Any ideas. I replaced the design and also refreshed not that that was any help.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If I undestand you correctly, in the main view nothing is showing in the Business Address column but an address shows when you open up the Contact.
You might try Edit followed by Save and Close on the contacts because the street address field is handled a little bit oddly in the design. There is a hidden “computed” field called BusinessAddress which is made up of fields OfficeStreetAddress, OfficeCity, OfficeCountry etc. The street address is only displayed in the view if this field BusinessAddress is not blank. It could be possible that the field hasn’t been created because the contact was not created in the standard way? e.g. data was imported programmatically. If you perfrom a Save on the document the BusinessAddress field will get computed and created and then the view should show the address.

We have seen in 6.5.3 that it is sometime impossible to actually edit the contacts and have them show up. IF your contact was created first and then edited, you may be having the same problem. Try creating a brand new contact and enter all the data correctly and then let us know if they display as you expect.
