PCI compliance assessment for CentOS

My department is getting through a PCI compliance assessment of our server that's running CentOS. We're getting several issues but with fixes. Basically, most of them are to update the packages to the latest version. But we ran into a couple of issues along the way and our provider said even though the version is up to date, it might have several patches to security issues. For CentOS, is there a way to show the version number / patch level for each installed package? Thank you!
