If you have not had this problem in the past I would think that you have a problem other than TCP setting. How are you connected to the system? Wireless? If you have a network cable it could be a bad connection at your computer. You might try disconnecting the cable and replugging it back up. If you can you might even replace it. Let us know if your resolve your problem.
