Yes, you can use Freeze Pane under View ribbon and can block specific rows/ columns. Please don't roaming here & there, just click help menu from Excel and type freeze in the search tab, you may get fruitful hints with example(s). However it may be varied from MS Office version to version.

    Hello,

I appreciate your support, probably I did not ask correctly, I need to block for editing, specific cells, row or columns... for instance, some columns (in my excel file) have formulas; usually I share these files with part of my team, so, the columns with formulas should not be edited, sometimes, the team change or delete the formula by mistake, How could I block or protect columns/row/cells for editing purposes.

    Thanks and Regards

Did you check out the link in the answer? It tells you how to protect cells from changes.
