How to connect from IPv4 to IPv6

So currently inside my house, I have IPv6 connectivity. However, once in a while for my job, I have to connect to it through SSH/RDP from another network and that's on IPv4. Is it possible to connect to a IPv6 from IPv4? Thanks so much.
