Images showing up as small thumbnails in PowerPoint 2016

Is it possible to use tactile transducers with headphones?
I will buy two Dayton Puck 16 ohms and the suggested AMP to go with it. I want to install these in such a way that the audio will still play out of my set of headphones, but the tactile transducers will still rumble at appropriate moments. Is there a way to accomplish this?
