Microsoft Outlook keeps flashing on screen

My Windows 10 computer is experiencing a very odd problem when it comes to Microsoft Outlook. When Outlook is open, it just keeps flashing. Basically, the everything on the page will disappear and then reappearing. I always have to restart Outlook but it's happening all of the time. Any ideas here?

My Wi-Fi connection has two bands on it: One is 5Ghz and the other is 2.4Ghz I believe. The majority of the time - my laptop (that runs Windows 10) connects to the 5Ghz band. But every once in a while, it connects to the 2.4GHz band. How can I just get it to connect to the 5GHz band automatically?
