When I open a new email message and hit the TO button, a Send To List Box comes up, and in that box (with contacts selected) I see some dual entries. It shows the contact's email address but also their business fax. This is bothersome and I have tried everything I can to change this view option, or filter out this double entry appearance, since I'm not likely ever to send a fax via Outlook. What do you suggest?
