One user (out of 15) in our office is having problems with Outlook messages coming in 2 or even 3 days after they were sent. It's a big problem because some of those messages deal with insurance and need to be replied to ASAP. It's not all messages, and there is no pattern. Her PC is running Win 7 Pro. I contacted our e-mail host and they did a resync on her account. That didn't help so I'm going to try a repair or delete/recreate of her profile. Any other suggestions?
