Outlook automatic replies for email

I am trying to get automatic replies for my email while I am on vacation. I have done this before but do not remember how I did it

If you click file in the tool bar , under info section / account information you will see the a section for automatic replies. Set up your default reply message, pick your options for all emails or just internal, set the starting and ending date and time and you are good to go,

    Assuming you asked for out of office message. Open outlook, click file menu > Info > automatic replies/out of office. Now click on send automatic replies & check the only send during this time range check box. Yes, you are requested to specify a start/ end time for the reply to activate. Write a message in the inside my organization field. That's it. If you want to send outside your organization, type the same message. Then click OK.
