I need to limit the end users ability to upload attachments by size. I can block them from sending but they still take up space in the infomation store via the drafts and sent items folder. If I could block them from even uploading it would be ideal. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi,

If you want to receive a file of a type that is blocked by Outlook, you can ask the sender to either make the file available without using Outlook, or make it less likely to be blocked by Outlook hopw the below resource will guide you with sufficient information

Hope this helps.

So you already have a default box size limit in place? As for drafts I don't think you can limit the users when they attempt to send, but one they try and send they shouldn't be able to. You could look into enforcing disk Quotas on the drive which they keep their PST's on (if they have them on a Home dive on a server). Just some thoughts...
