I use Outlook 97. I have one PST file with a password that I forgot and, of course, I can no longer access the data. Microsoft says that there is a patch available on the Internet that can crack the password on this file. Seen in the TechNet article Q143241. "The password protection for MS PST files provides only limited security. Adopting certain practices can increase this security. Utilities that can remove or bypass the password on a PST have been posted on the Internet. None of these utilities are endorsed or supported by Microsoft."
So, I would like to find one of these utilities, if possible. So, the question is, where is this patch?
