I'm having trouble with appointment notifications. When a new appointment/meeting request is sent, it is going to my email (editor of the calendar) and does not go to my boss (owner of the calendar). I'm wondering how to change the recipient of these appointment/meeting requests. Any help is much appreciated.
When a co-worker creates a meeting in calendar and invites my boss, I (his executive assistant) get the email, but he does not. This is obviously a problem as he would like to know when new appointments are made without having me report in to him every time a new one arrives.
