We are in the middle of a Lotus Notes 8.5 to Outlook 2010 migration. One of our executive assistants sent out an email on behalf of her exec. In Outlook, this comes through just fine, and responses to the email go to the Exec. In Notes, however, it comes through as an email from the DELEGATE, and all replies go to her rather than the Exec.
Is this expected behavior? Can it be changed?

Did the user change the FROM field when sending the email. It sounds like this did not happen. Remember that the Outlook client is profile bound and the mailbox is not bound to the Owner as is with Domino.
