Client has Outlook 2000 with duplicate contact containers, one needs to be deleted/removed. The basic problem is when he creates a "new" email and types the address in the "To" field the program cannot find the correct "contacts" by which to use to fully populate the rest of the field. Should be a simple solution, I thought, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
