I just like to ask if there's any other way to resolve this problem..We restored our entire system backup from an as400 V5R1 machine to a V5R4 transition box. All the data and license programs was restored successfully. Then we purchased a new machine (as400 V5R4 also). We then created an entire system backup from the transition box(V5R4), and restored the entire system backup to our new machine which is in V5R4 also. But now, we encountered a problem in one of the license program. The Extended Base Support (5722SS1 option 1) is in *error status and we need to resolve it. We already tried the reclaim storage (RCLSTG) command and install 5722SS1 Option 1 again, but it still failed. Hope you can help us solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
