Hi there, I have been sitting with this problem for more than a week now. I have a computer running Windows 10 1803 build (17134.112) USB printer is shared and permissions have been set also my network and sharing has been set. I have also tried many solutions available on the forum with no success. Let me know if there is any info that you may require to resolve this problem. Thanks in advanced.

What make and model printer are you using? Not all of them may be compatible with Windows 10. I have some older printers that are now paperweights.

Here is the link http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/home.asp  for drivers needed from the Microsoft Catalog. Try installing updated drivers from the catalog, I had issues with server 2012 and this resolved the problem by using the drivers from MS catalog. Make sure that the latest drivers are installed on all PC's that are in the network. Most printer manufactures don't want to update the older model drivers, this way they can sell new printers.
