Assuming a home work based, try to solve this query by your own effort. There are plenty of study materials which can help you a lot.

Before we would want to give an answer to this, we would like to know do you have a business case for asking this question or is it a homework question? If you have a good business case for it, please let us know. It is really not right for us to be doing homework for people. It deprives them of the extra knowledge they get when doing the research themselves.

Sounds like a homework task. What type of system, OS and app are you running? Just curious as I have not seen a uniprocessor used in that type of environment.

The simple answer is that they don't run "at the same time" in a uniprocessor. An actually good answer would explain what that means, but it essentially requires explaining big parts of what an OS and a CPU do. That's better suited to doing research with Google and studying.
