Hi experts,
A co-worker and I send emails on a daily basis about the same topics. Usually it's the same subject too - How can I automatically forward those emails (with the certain subject) to the coworker? I don't want all of my emails forwarded - just the ones with that specific subject line. How can I do that in Office 365?
With other versions of Outlook you just set up a new rule, then under advanced options you can set the condition and people/group to forward the email to. I hate to think this was removed in Office 365. I don't have it so I can't verify.
This can be done by crating a Rule. If understood correctly, please try this one. In Outlook click Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts. In the next dialog box, click the New Rule button. In this wizard, select the Apply rule on messages I receive and click the Next button. Now this is up to you, which condition is suitable, you can click the special words. In the Search Text box, enter the specified words and then click Add button. Click the Next button. Now specify the actions for the creating rule. After that, click OK and then click Finish button.
