About once a month I use Western Digital Backup, to backup Outlook Folder to a server location and then I just copy the entire Outlook folder to a removable device. This gives me a redundant copy of the entire PST file which has all the emails, Calendars, Contacts, and Tasks.

If you are looking for a good solution to get a backup of Office 365 mailbox to PST or want to export Office 365 mailbox to Live Exchange server, EML, and MSG, then I would recommend you try Shoviv Exchange Recovery manager software. You can also try a free trial version of this tool.
