You have completed N+, which is based on Network related learning. Now you wanted to configure "sw" (assuming Software), but what software did you want to configure? The course you have done, which does not much cover software part. This is basically networking hardware & layers. Why did you ask for that? Are you joining a company which asked for software configuration?

    Please provide more details.

Hard to say. What is "n+", "sw" or "R" (other than just letters)? Please provide enough context for others to know how to answer. There can be many possible environments for this.

Also, creating a question subject that indicates the context or problem will help members to know whether or not the question fits their experience.

We need a lot more details in order to help. Single letters and other terms may mean different things to others. Provide some details and we can help you a lot more that trying to guess.

Moreover, for software part, you can join for software related course while there are several vendors offer like Microsoft, IBM, Java etc. But more details help to reply your question properly.
