Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located.

After making the appropriate changes to Exchange Server 2007 to stop the Security Cert. box from popping up every time I open Outlook, I now receive numerous Sync Issue errors. This being the main one: Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
