I have moved Exchange 2003 server to a new Box, able to send and receive the mails, In client systems outlook is configured using RPC/HTTP, laptop users should be able to access mails from outside also, we don't use any VPN.
Internally if I configure Outlook as MAPI, its working fine, but if I configure through RPC/HTTP, it's very very slow and taking 5 min to resolve the username itself. I have added Exchange Server IP address in system host file, after that its connecting faster.
But when I'm trying to connect externally, not able to connect to the server, only can access mails through OWA, when away from office.
Is it problem with DNS (resolving externally) or any other problem?
