I have a Samsung J5 from 2015 (earliest version) and I really need help. Yesterday I let my phone die out of battery, something I rarely do, and once I charged it a bit I turned it on to see that my SIM card was not being detected. I’ve inserted another SIM to test and it still was not detected. Have wiped cached data and now I even factory reseted it as a last resort. And now after I got it reset I notice that it plays no sound at all. No sound from music, alarm, YouTube, Facebook etc.
If anyone knows please help me. I might lose some contacts and I’m expecting important calls. Thank you.
