I have a PC that I just bought that runs Windows 7 currently. I have not been able to have any audio. From what I have found, it is because of my AMD High Definition Audio Device. it shows the speaker symbol with a yellow triangle with the exclamation point on it. this is what it ells me the device status is:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Help please?

As you mentioned, there is a yellow triangle that means, the proper audio software driver is not installed correctly. You can open Device Manager & check the driver for the same.

Is this an integrated sound card or standalone card?  You can always try updating the drivers.

It's been a long time since I used Win 7 and don't have access to a machine with that OS any longer.  Try right clicking the speaker icon in the task bar and see if there is an option to troubleshoot the problem.

Please check here, you can get some help, https://drp.su/en/devices/sound/amd/amd-high-definition-audio-device?os=windows-7-x64

However, proper make/ model or full configuration can help to resolve this issue.

It may also be damaged. If this is a desktop unit you can buy a new sound card cheap. Disable the integrated sound card giving you the problem and set up the new one.

What are you trying to hear the audio on? Internal speakers, external, headphones? Wired or Bluetooth?
