Hi, I am working in a Technical Service desk/Call Center for the last 5 years. I support landlines, mobile, manage data products, Cisco routers, VoIP etc. I really want to change my job and want some growth in my career. I am thinking to do ITIL certifications so that I can go further in Service Management, Release manager positions. Could someone please assist me and tell me what would be my best options?
