I have completed CCNA and I'm searching for jobs related to that field. Till now, I didn't get any networking job because of 1 year experience. My question is if I get to the desk support ...is it possibility that I can get into the network engineer?

It will depend on where you are able to get employment and what your duties are while at the help desk.  I would suggest that you look into getting your A+, this will help you in getting that position.  Now, once there, complete the tasks that you are assigned as a tech on the help desk, and try to complete anything that may deal with networking.  This should put a spotlight on you showing that you have experience in the networking field.  After getting your feet wet, say about a year or so, see if there are any positions open in your company.  If not, start looking for a networking position with another company.  Also, reme, ber not to burn your bridges.  The IT field is a small world, especially if you stay in the same area.

Good luck.
