It depends on the interest which you have on. Oracle has ERP, database and frontend too whereas Networking is slightly different which deals with infrastructure and communication. Both involves programming and good career. But if you wanted to become and ERP consultant then Oracle should be ideal.

    You can go for Networking. If you go for Oracle, you have to know pl/sql program in details/ have a depth knowledge also for better prospects. Only Oracle Database Admin is not enough for what you want. Though I am not discouraging you, if you have knowledge/ interested for Database/ RDBMS, you can also consider for Oracle.

    Success in life doesn't depend on the IT field you decide to work on.  If you are smart and you decide to be good at what you do, you will succeed on any field.

    BTW, you are comparing two different things there.  Oracle is a brand (the company makes many different products). You shouldn't be comparing a brand to an actual IT branch such as networking.
