I bought a new gaming PC. ibuypower iSeries model in relevant tag. It start, fans run, lights flash and turns on; Now I have this "Boot" issue. I have received a Windows 10 reinstalled CD. It runs the program but, following direction says " boot reinstalling, take out CD, restart PC to properly start, install CD and continue reinstalling". After the start up the application restarts. I ran a troubleshoot and stumble upon a note saying " boot is not recognized as internal or external command program or batch file"? Been stuck for the last 2 days, waiting till Monday to receive tech support from ibuypower. Thank you for the help!

Have you gone into the BIOS and checked to see what the boot order of the drives is? It may need some tweaking if the OS did not come pre-installed. I'm surprised though, I have not had any issues with ibuypower in the past.  Will the system boot in safe mode without the CD or not at all?
